  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI concepts, JSON/XML, authentication, data mapping, error handling, and secure service design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data artifacts, mappings, dictionaries, metadata, source-to-target specifications, and interface documentation.
  • Implement secure REST/OpenAPI services, request/response orchestration, transformations, and integration error-handling patterns.
  • Support ETL, batch, event, or near-real-time data movement for migration, synchronization, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, normalization, legacy crosswalks, reconciliation, exception reporting, and rollback support.
  • Preserve authoritative-source discipline, data lineage, traceability, auditability, and consistent definitions across fiscal years and business domains.
  • Build resilient integration behavior using idempotency, retries, dead-letter handling, controlled replay, monitoring, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to keep interface complexity separated from configurable workflow design and minimize custom code.
  • Support integration, migration, and data-validation testing; investigate defects and performance issues across Pega, middleware, and source systems.
  • Monitor production interfaces and data flows, support onboarding of additional user organizations, and maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
