Requirements
- Strong professional experience in full-stack development, with advanced frontend expertise and technical ownership.
- Advanced experience with React, including hooks, component architecture, and frontend design decisions.
- Solid experience with TypeScript, including advanced typing concepts such as generics and utility types.
- Experience defining and implementing state management strategies using solutions such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of frontend styling approaches, including CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind, or advanced SCSS.
- Experience designing and implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend) solutions.
- Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs with focus on performance and usability.
- Experience with automated testing practices using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+ (experience with Java 17 or 21 is a plus).
- Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Experience with NestJS.
- Experience with Git-based version control workflows.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and act as a technical reference.
Responsibilities
- Develop and define the architecture of modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.
- Build and consume REST APIs, contributing to API contract definition and backend integration strategies.
- Lead technical decisions and implementation approaches aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem technologies.
- Design and implement scalable solutions based on microservices architecture.
- Ensure delivery quality through automated testing strategies, including unit, component, and UI tests.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to less experienced developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, improve system performance, and support continuous application evolution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments to define technical solutions and development standards.
- Establish and promote engineering practices related to architecture, coding standards, maintainability, and performance.
