Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Strong experience with React and Next.js.
  • Good knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend development best practices.
  • Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
  • Ability to implement designs from Figma with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar styling frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern state management libraries such as TanStack Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit.
  • Understanding of frontend performance concepts including Core Web Vitals and rendering fundamentals.
  • Regular experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Build responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
  • Translate product designs and Figma prototypes into clean, reusable, and pixel-accurate components.
  • Develop production-ready features with strong attention to usability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Create modern interfaces for e-commerce experiences, patient portals, provider dashboards, and complex healthcare workflows.
  • Build AI-powered user experiences, including conversational interfaces, streaming AI responses, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Use AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to improve productivity.
  • Optimize frontend performance through Core Web Vitals improvements, bundle optimization, and efficient rendering.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time services.
  • Contribute to shared component libraries and design systems.
  • Follow secure development practices and support interfaces that comply with healthcare security standards.
