Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
- Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
- Proficiency in professional video-editing software, specifically CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Captions AI, Hedra, or Veo 3.
- Experience with AI image tools like Krea, Midjourney, or Flux Kontext Pro.
- Strong conversational and written English skills.
- Autonomous operator with high agency who thrives without micromanagement.
- Rapid learner excited by fast-paced AI tools and social media trends.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day following preset scripts and styles.
- Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions to earn performance bonuses.
- Review and refine scripts using direct-response copywriting principles.
- Manage daily workload autonomously to meet strict deadlines without frequent supervision.
- Learn and master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve.
- Ensure every video meets quality standards to maintain a 90% first-pass approval rate.
- Communicate proactively with company founders and the executive team.
- Train and onboard future AI video editors to company standards.
