Responsibilities
- Design highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage systems.
- Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems, including gRPC microservices and React-based administrative UIs.
- Collaborate with core teams to transform frameworks for support of multiple languages, currencies, and markets.
- Collaborate with regional tech leads across time zones using tools like Slack.
- Troubleshoot incidents and bugs to maintain system integrity.
- Act as incident commander and lead during regional business hours.
- Support regional recruitment initiatives and mentor team members.
