Requirements
- 3 years of commercial experience with Salesforce stack
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1+ year of proven experience in implementing solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP Platforms
- Experience in integrating Data Cloud with external systems
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution, SQL, segments, etc.
- Hands-on experience with creation of data transformation and generating calculated insights
- Solid understanding of DC integration capabilities and API
- Good understanding of Data Cloud credit consumption model
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create and implement solutions on the Salesforce Data Cloud platform
- Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into technical specifications
- Optimize and maintain data models, ensuring integrity on the Salesforce platform
- Build and upkeep integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Offer technical support and perform troubleshooting for Salesforce Data Cloud applications
- Document the development process and uphold code quality standards
