Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience developing and operating machine learning systems in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Scala or Java/JVM.
- Experience building and deploying ML models end-to-end.
- Experience developing and integrating LLM-powered features.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and model serving.
- Understanding of recommendation or search systems.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or Spark.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing distributed data processing workflows using Airflow or Spark.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning and LLM-based systems.
- Design and implement complete ML pipelines from data processing to model monitoring.
- Build scalable solutions to support high-performance recommendation experiences.
- Balance technical decisions regarding performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Platform teams.
- Establish monitoring, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing processes.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across data pipelines, models, and APIs.
