Requirements

Active Ohio LIMFT license required
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Strong knowledge of family systems and relationship-based therapy
Comfortable providing care through a secure telehealth platform

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
Complete intake assessments and identify client concerns
Develop treatment plans based on clinical needs and client goals
Support clients with relationship issues, family conflict, communication challenges, stress, and adjustment concerns
Track client progress and update treatment plans as needed
