Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET 8+
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers (for Team Lead)
- Experience making technical decisions and driving implementation approaches (for Team Lead)
- Ability to coordinate development activities and support the team (for Team Lead)
- Experience taking ownership of technical solutions and delivery (for Team Lead)
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform
- Design and implement scalable backend services
- Participate in architecture and technical discussions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Collaborate with distributed teams across the project
- Drive technical decisions and implementation strategy
- Mentor and support team members
- Ensure engineering best practices and code quality standards
- Participate in planning, estimation, and coordination activities
