Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of progressive SAP experience (with degree) or 10-13 years (without degree).
- Significant experience designing and leading SAP EWM solution architecture (embedded and/or decentralized).
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of core EWM processes: warehouse structure, master data, labor management, inbound/outbound processing, wave management, cross-docking, physical inventory, and exception handling.
- Demonstrated experience integrating SAP EWM with S/4HANA logistics, transportation, production, and quality management modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end SAP EWM solution architectures aligned to client requirements and SAP best practices.
- Lead full life-cycle SAP EWM implementation, upgrade, and migration workstreams.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and integration guidelines.
- Configure core EWM processes including warehouse structure, labor management, inbound/outbound processing, and wave management.
- Oversee integration between SAP EWM and S/4HANA modules and external systems such as warehouse automation.
- Lead workshops, design sessions, and training for client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Partner with leadership to scope engagements, estimate effort, and shape solution proposals.
- Travel to client sites for implementations, go-lives, and hypercare support (up to 50% travel).
