Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing month-end close and financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Proven experience leading cash-to-accrual transitions.
- Experience managing deferred revenue.
- Demonstrated success in scaling accounting and finance functions platform-wide.
- Proficiency in FP&A, including cash forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and establish financial controls.
- Strong self-starter capable of driving process maturity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee club-level accounting operations by leading and managing site-level bookkeepers.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and smooth month-end close processes across all clubs.
- Deliver consolidated financial reporting at club and platform levels to provide clear insights to the CEO and leadership team.
- Own platform budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Support acquisition integrations through cash-to-accrual transitions and opening balance sheet setups.
- Establish scalable internal controls across clubs to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.
