Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, or consultancy.
- Ability to uncover learning needs and design effective experiences.
- Interest in learning technology and potential of AI in L&D.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and build relationships.
- Leadership capabilities, taking initiative and working through ambiguity.
- Proven experience in taking ownership of projects and process improvement.
- Experience with Rise 360 and Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- Experience with facilitation in workshops, coaching, or teaching is a plus.
- Degree in Behavioural Science, Organisational Psychology, or related fields is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, and shape learning solutions.
- Design and pilot discovery-led learning experiences, gathering feedback to maximize impact.
- Support the learning management system by maintaining content, monitoring data, and reporting on improvements.
- Integrate AI into daily workflows to increase efficiency in learning design and development.
- Facilitate learning sessions and contribute to diverse L&D initiatives across the organization.
