Requirements

- Strong commercial acumen regarding B2B buying decisions and sales pipelines.
- Ability to synthesize technical documentation like APIs and architectures into precise, useful content.
- Practical knowledge of social media algorithms, formats, and metrics.
- Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools into daily workflows.
- Ability to produce content across diverse formats such as social media threads, technical one-pagers, and email sequences.
- Capability to work autonomously without highly detailed briefs.
- Strong editorial judgment to avoid generic copy.
Responsibilities
- Understand platform workflows including authentication, verification, and onboarding to create stakeholder-specific messaging.
- Produce vertical-specific content tailored to industry challenges rather than using generic templates.
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaign conceptualization and execution.
- Document customer success stories through interviews and diverse formats like decks, web content, and video scripts.
- Develop and maintain content playbooks by industry for sales enablement.
- Organize and produce internal communications such as Sales News.
- Maintain brand voice consistency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese across all channels.
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to create content for all stages of the sales funnel.
- Manage the editorial calendar alongside the marketing team.
- Integrate generative AI tools into the editorial workflow.
