Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years focused on data-intensive applications, database-adjacent features, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a production feature or module.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing services across at least two major public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience building or integrating with vector databases, embedding pipelines, or RAG systems.
- Proven work building LLM-based applications using AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- High proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Java, or C++.
- Practical application of relational databases, including SQL, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management.
- Solid understanding of application security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, RBAC, multi-tenant isolation).
- Proficiency with application monitoring, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), and structured logging.
- Experience designing REST or gRPC APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from application design and API implementation to deployment and monitoring.
- Connect production applications with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and interoperability protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A).
- Develop secure, versioned application data models that enforce multi-tenant isolation, auditability, and data classification.
- Build application services that deploy consistently across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and meet feature-level performance goals through query optimization, code profiling, and caching strategies.
- Facilitate design/code reviews and drive technical decisions in an async-first environment.
