Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data management.
- Focused experience with Oracle CX applications (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
- Proven leadership in large-scale data migration and conversion projects.
- Expertise in ETL tools and data migration techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI).
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Oracle Cloud or CX solutions is preferred.
- Oracle Data Management or Data Architecture certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data architecture strategies for Oracle CX applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop scalable, efficient, and secure data models for CX systems.
- Lead large-scale Oracle CX data conversion and ETL projects from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map data and ensure integrity throughout migrations.
- Implement and optimize integrations between Oracle CX and external tools like Oracle ERP and HCM.
- Enforce data governance policies, standards, and testing frameworks to ensure high-quality, compliant data.
- Work with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing for development and analytics teams.
