Requirements
- Shipped LLM-powered and voice systems into production environments where outputs have real-world consequences.
- Full-stack proficiency across applied LLMs, real-time conversational AI, and telephony.
- Experience with human-in-the-loop workflows, observability, and secure multi-tenant SaaS.
- Well-formed convictions regarding reliability engineering and edge-case management.
- Track record of building managed, service-heavy platforms with a focus on scaling delivery.
- Proven ability to operate as a principal engineer, providing critical technical oversight.
- Hands-on builder mentality with an active commitment to shipping production code.
- Finance, accounting, or FinOps domain expertise is a plus.
- Pragmatic and creative problem-solver capable of iterating quickly.
- Willingness to support founder-led customer acquisition and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Harden voice and workflow systems to ensure in-production reliability.
- Establish core architecture, observability, and audit-trail standards.
- Build internal infrastructure to configure, monitor, and optimize AI agent performance.
- Develop and maintain accounting and ERP integrations such as QuickBooks and Xero.
- Manage the trade-offs between AI quality and cost-per-call to ensure healthy unit economics.
- Represent the technical vision to customers, partners, and investors.
- Recruit and lead the founding engineering team and establish company culture.
