Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining production data models using SQL and modern transformation tools (e.g. Dataform, SQLMesh or dbt)
- Strong SQL skills
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with BigQuery
- Experience with a BI tool, ideally Looker
- Comfortable partnering with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate questions into scalable analytics solutions
- Proactive, pragmatic mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for making data accessible and trustworthy
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, production-grade data models and analytics foundations that power decision-making across our 7 international markets
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define success metrics, evaluate product outcomes, and turn data into actionable insights
- Enable self-service analytics through trusted metrics, reusable semantic models, and scalable data products
- Leverage AI and modern analytics tooling to accelerate insight generation, improve analytics workflows, and enable stakeholders to interact with data more effectively
- Continuously improve our analytics platform through robust modeling, testing, documentation, and engineering best practices
