Requirements
- Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in the coverage area(s).
- Current MD or DO degree.
- Ability to travel locally and within licensed states.
- Comfort performing duties in diverse home environments including those with pets or smokers.
- Proficiency with iPad and clinical documentation software.
- Multi-state licenses are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage with health plan members in their homes to provide personalized health evaluations.
- Conduct comprehensive medication and medical history reviews.
- Perform physical evaluations and necessary diagnostic tests like spirometry, diabetic eye exams, or bone density screenings.
- Utilize an intuitive iPad clinical workflow for documentation.
- Maintain flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states.
- Conduct virtual visits as needed.
