Requirements

Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the coverage area.
Ability to travel locally and within licensed states.
Proficiency with iPad and clinical workflow tools.
Capability to perform duties in private residences including those with pets or allergens.
Maintain high standards of patient engagement and clinical care.
Multi-state licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home health evaluations with health plan members.
Perform medication and medical history reviews.
Complete physical evaluations and ordered diagnostic tests, such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screening.
Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for documentation.
Conduct virtual visits as needed.
Travel locally and within licensed states as required.
