Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Accounting, or scientific field, or 4 years equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of SQL experience or other relevant programming experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional services environment (reporting requirements, data reconciliation, root cause analysis).
- 1+ years of healthcare industry experience.
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of requirements documentation (business, functional, solution requirements).
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review and redline pharmaceutical data reporting contracts to ensure requirements and specifications are captured.
- Assess data delivery feasibility through research in Specialty Pharmacy systems.
- Collaborate with Specialty and Retail Trade teams on data project needs and pipelines.
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation for contractual data specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Pharma clients, HUBs, and Data Aggregators for project implementation and support.
- Review and investigate data issues and concerns, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs.
- Conduct root cause analysis on data concerns to remediate issues.
- Execute and modify SQL queries to parse, extract, and manipulate data for reporting.
- Analyze and collect metrics for Quarterly Business Review meetings.
