Requirements
- Significant experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Head of Engineering, or in a comparable senior technology leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and scaling an engineering organization of approximately 40–60 people.
- Experience working with a portfolio of B2C SaaS products, subscription products, desktop applications, or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of product engineering in a fast-growing, founder-led, or startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to improve execution speed and lead organizational or technical change.
- Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate architecture and challenge technical decisions.
- Practical experience with Node.js, NestJS, Next.js or other SSR/SSG frameworks, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Experience managing distributed and fully remote engineering teams.
- Ability to communicate technology strategy clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy across the company’s B2C product portfolio.
- Translate commercial and product priorities into clear engineering plans.
- Lead an engineering organization of approximately 40–50 people across backend, frontend, full-stack, QA, and DevOps functions.
- Develop engineering leaders and establish clear accountability across teams.
- Own the technical direction and architectural evolution of the company’s products.
- Improve development speed, predictability, and quality across multiple product teams.
