Requirements
- 6+ years of DevOps experience.
- Experience independently leading project planning and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, RDS).
- Understanding of Microservices and Service Mesh concepts (Kuma preferred).
- Experience with LGTM observability stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus).
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Experience with Docker containerization and orchestration.
- Experience managing Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines within Kubernetes.
- Networking knowledge covering TCP/IP stack and HTTP protocol.
- Strong understanding of caching strategies, CDNs, and Redis/Memcached.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DevOps and DBA professionals.
- Improve existing infrastructure and processes across currently deployed countries and streamline deployments for new regions.
- Optimize DevOps infrastructure by reducing costs, streamlining provisioning, and lowering response times.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure using autoscaling, automated alerts, and dashboards.
- Liaise with external security agencies for audits and perform internal security sweeps.
- Reconfigure architecture for rapid deployment cycles.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
