Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java full-stack development within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in backend development, microservices architecture, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of supporting production systems, resolving incidents, and managing environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Resolve L2/L3 tickets through incident analysis, functional configuration, and minor evolutions.
- Develop enhancements and fix defects across application scope, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage integrations, APIs, and data flows to ensure seamless connectivity and data processing.
- Support release and deployment activities, coordinating closely with software editors and release teams.
- Contribute to runbooks, documentation, and problem management processes for ongoing operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver consistent value.
- Support production issues through debugging, log analysis, and incident resolution to maintain system stability.
