Requirements
- 5 years of commercial experience, including at least 1 year spent working directly with AI solutions.
- Solid expertise with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices with a dedication to high-quality standards.
- Good understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, including hands-on experience integrating AI models into production.
- Experience using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma) and/or databases with vector capabilities (MongoDB, Postgres).
- Ability to design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
- Proven experience with CI/CD and general DevOps practices.
- Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Polish (min. B2 level).

- Identifying optimal methods to integrate AI-UX principles within our products.
- Working with our versatile tech stack, which features TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, React Native, Meteor, and many more.
- Ensuring high-quality code and actively conducting detailed code reviews.
- Promoting knowledge-sharing and actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
