Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of track record in backend development, systems architecture, or integration engineering.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in modern backend languages for production scripts and data transformations.
- Deep understanding of web services, MCP servers, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs securely into business processes.
- Experience designing resilient data flows with error handling, retry logic, idempotency, and observability.
- Ability to work independently as a technical lead, debug production data flows, and take end-to-end project ownership.
- Excellent English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain integration standards including API contracts, event schemas, and observability.
- Maintain the company's integration map and diagnose connection health, criticality, and fragility.
- Build integration and AI features hands-on by writing production code, designing APIs, and deploying to production.
- Lead the full lifecycle of integration and AI initiatives from solution design through post-rollout monitoring.
- Collaborate with system owners across finance, marketing, and sales to align integrations with business requirements.
- Propagate AI knowledge and implementation practices within the development department.
