Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, editorial operations, event production, or marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving internal and external partners.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Slides.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working with creative, editorial, production, design, or construction teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Charleston builder/developer and House Beautiful's editorial and marketing teams.
  • Own and maintain the master project plan, timelines, and supporting documentation.
  • Track sponsor products, materials, and project assets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate weekly project meetings, document key decisions, and drive follow-up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain project resources in shared Google Drive folders.
  • Communicate proactively with builders, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Support on-site project needs including site visits and venue scouting.
  • Document production notes and room-by-room product details.
