Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in SAP presales, solution architecture, and consulting.
- Deep understanding of SAP cloud product suites, specifically S/4HANA Cloud and BTP.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and integration with finance and supply chain modules.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions for AI/Ops and SAP AMS throughput improvement.
- Experience working in manufacturing or life sciences industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to translate technical details into business language and value-driven solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in manufacturing and supply chain analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support large and complex deals in SAP Application Management Services (AMS).
- Build go-to-market (GTM) offerings and innovative solutions in collaboration with the SAP AI Center of Excellence.
- Provide technical and business consultative leadership throughout the pre-sales and post-sales cycles.
- Engage with customers in executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessions to articulate business value.
- Identify solution options, evaluate pros/cons, and make strategic recommendations with estimated timelines.
- Create business requirement documents, process maps, high-level solution designs, and scopes of work.
- Develop business cases for cloud migration and transformation highlighting ROI and TCO.
- Ensure formal handoff of design and cost estimation from pre-sales to the delivery team.
