- 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Energetic and compassionate phone skills.
- Strong persuasion and motivational skills.
- Very organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, including thorough medication list and administration instruction checks.
- Perform accurate data entry of patient prescription information.
- Achieve key performance metrics as set by management.
- Educate patients, facilities, and institutions about medication management solutions.
- Manage the patient assessment process to grow business and maintain referral relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Conduct daily outreach to prospective patients, schedule reviews, and perform follow-up calls.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions.
