Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping complex digital products from 0-to-1.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX, UI, and CX craft.
- Deep experience defining and governing design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven products, such as recommendation or agentic systems.
- Expert-level fluency in Figma and modern design toolchains.
- Deep knowledge of UX research, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to use data to validate design decisions.
- Proven track record of collaborating with engineering to maintain design integrity through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX strategy by defining the end-to-end traveller journey and aligning it with business outcomes.
- Influence high-impact product decisions through cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data.
- Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery for web and mobile products.
- Define and govern reusable components, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Design and iterate on AI-augmented experiences, including agentic flows and conversational interfaces.
- Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate design workflows from rapid prototyping to pattern generation.
- Elevate the team's craft through critique, mentorship, and capability building.
