Requirements
- Solid experience building scalable frontend applications with React and Next.js.
- Strong backend development experience building services, APIs, and asynchronous event-driven architectures.
- Experience owning the complete software development lifecycle from planning to deployment and support.
- Experience implementing frontend testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Practical experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub, or SQS.
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Node.js, Go, Java/Scala, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical ownership.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team technical collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end solutions, from architecture and modeling to implementation, deployment, and production follow-up.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern web technologies.
- Develop backend services and APIs, applying best practices for distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Review and influence technical decisions, architecture patterns, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and domain specialists to transform complex challenges into effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for large-scale systems.
- Configure and improve tools related to code quality, testing, observability, and continuous delivery.
- Act as a technical reference for the team through code reviews and technical discussions.
