Requirements
- Experience working across the full stack (Frontend and Backend).
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency with Golang.
- Experience with AI-assisted development (coding agents and LLM tooling).
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem, including Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, and alerting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining Open Source projects (bonus).
- Experience with Grafana Alloy, OpenTelemetry Collector, or similar telemetry pipeline tooling (bonus).
- Experience writing Jsonnet or configuration-as-code languages (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features including UI, backend services, dashboards, and alerts.
- Develop, maintain, and scale infrastructure observability features in Grafana Cloud.
- Own projects from initial problem statement to production deployment.
- Write design proposals, run demos, and advocate for the team's roadmap in cross-team discussions.
- Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana Alloy.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for owned services.
