Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in test automation and software testing.
- Strong expertise in validating complex software systems and releases.
- Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestNG).
- Fluency in object-oriented programming languages, especially Java or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Proven experience leading testing efforts for large-scale software releases or cross-functional development programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create and maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end test planning for software releases across multiple backend and platform services teams.
- Define release-level test scope, strategy, and timelines.
- Drive alignment on dependencies, priorities, environments, and release milestones.
- Identify quality risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Escalate release blockers and quality concerns to stakeholders.
- Lead effective verification strategies across manual and automated testing efforts, including API and integration testing.
- Champion initiatives that reduce manual testing effort and improve efficiency.
- Organize and report on testing efforts using tools like Jira and Jama.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to share results and align efforts.
- Ensure testing activities and documentation align with medical device development lifecycle processes.
