Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Positive attitude with grit, drive, and persistence.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for outreach and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the needs of prospective students.
- Engage in outreach to prospective students via phone, text, and email following expected cadences.
- Qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs through meaningful conversations.
- Articulate institutional offerings and differentiators to prospects during one-on-one interactions and events.
- Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit.
