Requirements
- Masterās degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven expertise in KYC and identity fraud.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong ability to manage projects end-to-end.
- Collaborative and cross-functional working capability.
- Methodical approach with strong anticipation skills.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand identity verification challenges and conduct competitive and tech watch.
- Manage the Product Discovery phase to identify high-impact identity verification (KYC) projects.
- Manage relationships with key partners.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and measurement of outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (countries, domains, IT, Customer Service, Compliance) to gather needs.
- Continuously improve identity verification rule sets and algorithms.
- Monitor key performance indicators daily and conduct functional analyses for incidents.
- Use SQL to analyze and manipulate data.
