Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations role.
- Fluent in SQL, including joins, window functions, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and building automated workflows.
- Understanding of APIs and their integration into business tooling.
- Experience modeling CRM data, specifically Salesforce, for reliable reporting.
- Ability to communicate technical data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong autonomy and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency with dbt, Snowflake, or similar data pipeline tooling (preferred).
- Experience with Python or scripting for automation and data manipulation (preferred).
- Familiarity with Omni or comparable modern BI tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering practices (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve GTM dashboards and data models to ensure data accuracy and decision support.
- Train and improve the AI model for the internal BI tool (Omni) to ensure high-quality natural-language query results.
- Partner with data engineering to optimize performance, manage the semantic data layer, and build necessary pipelines.
- Build dashboards and models that surface account engagement signals, health indicators, and expansion opportunities.
- Model Salesforce CRM data to ensure clean, structured reporting and decision-making support.
- Develop ROI and revenue forecasting models in partnership with RevOps.
- Curate and maintain the GTM knowledge base to provide context for AI tools like Claude.
- Develop and build GTM AI workflows to drive self-serve value across the team.
