Requirements
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Deep familiarity with Metabase, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Experience managing tracking with Segment.
- Comfortable working with structured and semi-structured data (including JSON).
- Strong experience with cutting-edge data tools and an AI-first mindset.
- Ability to think in systems and prioritize business outcomes.
- Experience working in ambiguity and early-stage startup environments.
- Strong ownership mentality and bias toward action.
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
- Experience using dbt is preferred.
- Experience using Python or R is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain company-wide dashboards in Metabase and Amplitude.
- Define KPI frameworks across operations, growth, product, and finance.
- Design tracking architecture and guide engineering on instrumentation using Segment.
- Write advanced SQL and partner with product and engineering to refine schemas and data models.
- Improve data reliability, governance, and documentation.
- Contribute to scalable transformation workflows using dbt.
- Build models that inform hiring plans, capacity forecasting, and cost structure.
- Translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations and present findings to leadership.
