Requirements
- 3+ years of experience handling complex Commercial Trucking claims.
- Technical expertise in Physical Damage, Auto Liability, First Party Medical/PIP, and Motor Truck Cargo.
- Experience applying coverage for Commercial Auto claims.
- Advanced litigation management skills including ADR and mediation processes.
- Experience attending and controlling cases at mediations and settlement conferences.
- Experience working with large fleets (250+) with self-insured retentions or large deductibles.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Active Adjusters License (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Responsibilities
- Handle First and Third Party Property Damage, Cargo, and Third Party Bodily Injury claims involving tractor-trailers.
- Engage with internal and external partners to drive resolution on high-severity claims.
- Participate in regular claims reviews with internal and external customers.
- Provide technical expertise for inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance contracts and industry trends.
- Assist with special claims projects and shifting business demands as assigned.
