Requirements

- Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
- Ability to maintain a clear, structured approach to candidacy development.
- Capacity to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for diverse clients.
- Comfort working in a virtual, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with medical school selection and comprehensive application strategy.
- Edit and provide feedback on AMCAS and TMDSAS applications and activities lists.
- Guide the development of personal statements, secondary essays, and MD/PhD essays.
- Prepare clients for the Casper test, multiple mini interviews, and traditional interviews.
- Advise on letters of evaluation, financial aid, scholarship navigation, and waitlist strategies.
- Support clients through general career path exploration and goal narrowing.
