Responsibilities
- Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
- Working with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
- Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
- Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
