Requirements
- Completed professional training in health care (nurse or anaesthetist or similar)
- At least 3 years of operating theatre experience or comparable training as a Clinical Sales or Clinical specialist
- Good knowledge in General surgery, Gynaecology and Urology preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Diligence, proactive hands-on mentality with flexible and organised mindset
- High willingness to travel and flexibility within the assigned territory
- Fluent in French (must have)
- English is required
- Start-up, Launch, or high growth commercial experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Drive utilization of Dexter procedures with the customers in assigned territory.
- Cross-sell the use of Dexter to clinical specialities not using Dexter in hospitals, support the sales process.
- Support the local Sales Director(s)/Sales Manager(s) to achieve and exceed targeted usage of Dexter surgeries.
- Train and bring support to surgeons and OR staff in the use of Dexter’s robot before and during procedures.
- Provide clinical support during setup, surgery and after surgery.
- Identify specific needs of the customer before, during and after implementation.
- Handover of Dexter after delivery to BioMed and OR as well as commissioning at the customers premises.
- Instruct CDS department in hospital on reprocessing on Dexter reusable tools.
- Communication and presentation of the clinical benefits of Dexter.
- Own customer satisfaction, support and evolve surgeon and KOL network.
