Requirements

- Enjoy mentoring, coaching, or advising students
- Experience in education, admissions, academic advising, tutoring, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. college or university
- Organized, empathetic, and able to build trust
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful 1-on-1 relationships with students over months or years
- Guide students through college and graduate application strategy
- Help students strengthen extracurricular, academic, and personal profiles
- Edit essays and provide feedback that encourages students’ authentic voice
- Brainstorm creative academic, leadership, research, and professional experiences
- Meet remotely with students and families
- Collaborate with fellow mentors and senior team members
- Manage a flexible caseload
