Requirements
- 5+ years in a product role: PO, PM, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
- Experience working on web and/or mobile products
- Strong technical fluency
- Solid product judgment across SaaS UX, onboarding, activation, and product-led growth
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Solid understanding of Agile (Kanban, Scrum; Waterfall is a plus)
- Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Leadership mindset and ownership attitude
Responsibilities
- Own your product stream end-to-end: from discovery and hypothesis validation through execution, release, and iteration
- Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company strategy; keep the backlog prioritized and meaningful
- Run product discovery using LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT and similar): turn ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses, prototypes, and testable concepts — fast
- Prototype and validate product ideas quickly: turn rough concepts into user flows, mockups, or lightweight demos
- Conduct market and customer research to generate actionable insights that guide development priorities
- Collaborate effectively with design, engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership to align product work with business goals and customer needs.
