Responsibilities
- Architect and own the development of robust, scalable Android applications with up-to-date technologies such as Kotlin and Jetpack Compose using modern principles like S.O.L.I.D., MVVM/MVP, and contemporary design patterns.
- Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high-quality code through insightful code reviews and technical guidance.
- Act as the key technical partner for our US and EMEA clients, translating business needs into technical solutions and confidently guiding conversations on project scope and timelines.
- Champion a culture of quality by implementing and advocating for comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and UI tests) to ensure our applications are performant and reliable.
- Shape the future of our team by participating in the hiring process, helping us identify and attract top Android talent to our growing chapter.
