Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Web Design, Communication Design, or related field
- 4-6 years of professional experience in design roles, preferably with a mix of print, digital, and web work
- Strong portfolio showing skills in graphic design, UI/UX wireframing/mockups, and website design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency with Figma / Sketch / XD
- Solid experience with WordPress, page builders like Elementor or Divi
- Ability to work with WordPress themes, layout adjustments, CMS updates
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Ability to collaborate with other marketers and web/development teams
- Excellent communication skills, with experience pitching design work to senior stakeholders
- Attention to visual detail, typography, colour, layout, and usability
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design, and deliver print and digital collateral, including brochures, posters, banners, event materials, social graphics, ad creatives, presentations, etc.
- Create optimised PowerPoint templates and ensure presentation materials are visually compelling and brand-aligned.
- Design user-centred interface elements and layouts for websites, landing pages, microsites, etc.
- Work with WordPress (themes, page builders like Elementor/Divi) to build/refine pages; troubleshoot design and layout issues.
- Conduct UX assessments, wireframes/mockups/prototyping as required; apply visual consistency and usability best practices.
- Maintain and develop the visual identity standard, ensuring consistency across all brands in the group.
- Create and maintain reusable design templates, style guides, and brand asset libraries.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders in marketing, sales, product, and business units to understand design briefs, feedback, and expectations.
- Manage design projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, deliverables, and revisions; ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Handle design production, file optimisation for digital use, and print preparation where relevant.
- Ensure deliverables are responsive, performant, accessible (where applicable), and compatible across various platforms (web, mobile, and print).
