Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment times
- Track ETAs, delays, breakdowns, and HOS considerations
- Help drivers resolve road issues
- Confirm pickup and delivery appointments
- Track loads and provide real-time updates
- Verify BOLs, PODs, and ensure freight matches the bill
- Estimate realistic load/unload times
- Prevent overscheduling
- Upload all paperwork into the TMS
- Track detention, layover, and TONU opportunities
- Keep accurate load notes
- Send check calls and status updates
- Notify brokers of changes or delays
- Maintain positive relationships with shippers/brokers
