Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Applicant has never had a loan originator license revoked
- Must not have been convicted of, or pled guilty or nolo contendere to, a felony
- Must demonstrate financial responsibility, character, and general fitness
- Holds an active Mortgage Loan Originator license
- Within the past 5 years, must have at least 3 years active full time licensed lending experience
- Minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license
- Complete the required annual Continuing Education
- Maintain communication with the legal department
