Requirements
- Proven Scrum Master experience
- Deep knowledge of Scrum principles and understanding of development methodologies like Waterfall
- 3+ years of product development experience
- Understanding of modern engineering practices
- Proven coaching, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical analytical skills
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Residency in Japan
Responsibilities
- Act as a change agent for customers and Tailor
- Maximize project and company success by enhancing adaptability in product development
- Understand the current state of the Professional Service organization and development system
- Lead problem-solving at an organizational level in the future
- Coach teams, product management, and the organization to increase project success probability
- Enable teams to practice excellent development through technical excellence
- Realize a culture of continuous learning within the organization
- Drive change by constantly pursuing perfection and challenging current activities
- Identify and remove impediments for teams, the organization, and customers in cooperation with stakeholders
- Facilitate training and workshops
