Requirements
- Scrum Master certification, qualification, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience applying Scrum and a wider awareness of Agile principles.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Enterprise agency environment experience.
- Highly developed skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experience using project management, budget/time tracking, and issue tracking software.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication in English, including technical terminology.
- Interest in AI-assisted development tools and understanding of their appropriate use and limitations.
- Broad understanding of web technologies including HTML/HTML5, CSS, CMS, Javascript, and version control.
Responsibilities
- Manage each project's scope and timeline.
- Create and maintain a team culture that facilitates a shared responsibility for successful delivery.
- Guide the team on principles and practice of the agile framework being used in the project.
- Work with the team to define and refine project scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops to establish project needs and relationships.
- Facilitate meetings to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them.
- Assess the time and financial impact of scope changes and communicate to stakeholders.
- Identify when to use experiments for learning and solutioning.
- Report on project budget status to the company.
