Requirements
- Licensed mental health provider with an active license in CT
- Ability to practice independently / without supervision
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- 1+ year of clinical experience with pregnant/postpartum/perimenopausal patients strongly preferred
- Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide individual tele-therapy to patients
- Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes
- Document patient progress and share recommendations
- Facilitate treatment plan modifications
- Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session
