Mathematical or technical degree from a top university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NSE) Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory Analytical mindset and systematic thinking Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions Experience in hypothesis testing and validation Proficiency in SQL Knowledge of Python or R is a plus Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Superset) Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks Experience in building analytical infrastructure and team processes English proficiency at B1 level or higher
