Requirements
- Mathematical or technical degree from a top university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NSE)
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- Analytical mindset and systematic thinking
- Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
- Experience in hypothesis testing and validation
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Superset)
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks
- Experience in building analytical infrastructure and team processes
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
